Never Hesitate, Even Under The Toughest Circumstances

With a little push from my parents, I ended up leaving the comfort of my hometown and went to Boston College High School.  It was not easy leaving the familiarity of the neighborhood, but I feel leaving your comfort zone opens you up to great experiences that help a person form a larger variety and range of relationships. There are times when I meet people who I absolutely know are incredibly miserable, yet choose to live the life they lead because of perception and what is expected of them by others. It was just after midnight. Patricia and I had just finished watching a movie, and the notion of sitting in the hot tub before bed became appealing. So I went out to the deck, opened up the cover and submerged myself into perfectly heated, 103-degree, crisp, clean, chlorinated water.
